Wendy Lehman

 Wendy earned her degree in Urban and Housing Development Design from Florida State University, Combining her passion for real estate with a strong understanding of how homes are built, designed, and valued. Real estate has always been part of her life, she grew up with a mother who was a successful Realtor for over 30 years and a father who built custom homes throughout Jupiter and Palm Beach Gardens. That early exposure gave her a unique, well-rounded view of the industry. It also built the foundation for the knowledge she brings to her clients today. She later spent several years as an International Flight Attendant with American Airlines, where she sharpened her ability to read people, stay composed under pressure, and deliver a high level of service in fast-moving situations. As a Jupiter native, Wendy offers firsthand knowledge of the local market, the communities, and how the area has evolved over time. Something you can’t learn from a textbook. After traveling the world, she chose to come back home because she knows there’s no better place to live.

  Today, she leverages that local insight, along with her strategic mindset and strong negotiation skills, to give her clients a real advantage. For sellers, that means knowing exactly how to position a home to stand out and sell for top value. For buyers, it means having someone on your side. They understand how listing agents think.
